What if I don't like it?

We revise until you're happy — there's no round limit and no extra charge. In practice most builds settle in one or two passes, because the questionnaire captures the direction before we start rather than after.

Do I actually own the site?

Yes. On full payment you own the design, the code, the content and the files. The care plan is optional and cancelling it doesn't affect ownership — we hand over the files and help you move to any host you like.

What if I don't have good photos?

We work with what you have and use tasteful placeholders where there's a gap. We tell you exactly which images are placeholders at delivery, so you know what to replace. If you want direction on what to shoot, that's a $250 add-on.

Is 24 hours realistic?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for Tier 1, and the clock starts when your content is in — not when you pay. If it takes you four days to send photos, that's four days before the clock starts. We'd rather be honest about that than miss a date.

What happens after it launches?

Accepted Answer

Nothing, unless you want it to. The site is yours and it keeps working. The optional care plan covers hosting, the domain, SSL, uptime monitoring and monthly content edits if you'd rather not deal with any of that.

Can you match my existing branding?

Accepted Answer

Yes — send us your colours and fonts and we'll build to them. If you don't have a brand yet, pick from six palettes and six type pairings in the form, and we'll refine from there.

Why is this cheaper than an agency?

Fixed scope and no discovery phase. An agency bills for meetings, strategy decks and account management. We ask you the questions in a form, build to a tier that's defined in advance, and skip the rest.

What if I need something that isn't listed?

Ask. If it's a small thing we'll usually just do it. If it's genuinely a separate piece of work — an online store, a booking system, a custom app — we'll tell you plainly and point you somewhere better.

Will this actually get me recommended by ChatGPT?

Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is selling something they don't control. What we control is the part most small-business sites get wrong: your site is emitted with the correct schema.org business type for your industry, ten populated fields, and your FAQ marked up so answers can be lifted out of it. AI recommendations also lean on your reviews and your Google Business Profile, which don't live on your website — we'll tell you what to fix there, but we can't do it for you. The figures quoted on this page come from published 2026 local-search research (SOCi's Local Visibility Index and industry citation studies); we didn't measure them ourselves and we'll show you the sources on request.
