How long will my kitchen be out of commission?

For a full remodel, plan on three to five weeks without a working kitchen. We stage materials before demolition specifically to keep that window short, and we will give you the projected dates in writing before we start.

Do you handle permits?

Yes, on every project that needs one — any structural change, plumbing relocation, or electrical work. We pull them in our name and handle inspections.

What happens if you find something behind the wall?

We tell you the same day, with a written cost to address it before we proceed. Genuine unknowns behind drywall are the one thing a fixed bid cannot cover, so we handle them transparently rather than burying them.

Can we live in the house during the remodel?

Almost always for a kitchen, usually for a bath if you have a second one. We seal the work area, run air scrubbers, and clean daily.
